enforcement officers, firefighters, and medical professionals. All custom products
are manufactured by Houston Badge Co., while certain licensed products are
supplied through authorized dealership agreements with their respective
manufacturers.
Product Warranties and Returns
Custom Products
All custom products manufactured by Houston Badge Co. are guaranteed to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with
any custom product, you may return it unaltered within 60 days for exchange,
replacement, or refund at your preference. This warranty does not cover incidental
or consequential damages.
Licensed Products
Licensed products (such as Smith & Warren badges) are covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in processing any warranty claims for
these items according to the manufacturer's policies.
Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars
Payment for our custom jewelry creations is made by a 50% deposit at the
time of order with the balance due upon completion of your project
Online purchases of duty badges must be received in full before orders are
processed
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express credit or debit
cards as well as cash and old gold jewelry even in damaged condition
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within one business day
Production times for your order will vary with the type of merchandise and
are discussed or disclosed at the time of order
Shipping times and costs vary based on delivery location and method
selected
Houston Badge Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Houston Badge Co. merchandise is shipped by insured commercial carriers or
the USPS. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier,
however, Houston Badge will assist in recovery of any insurance and
replacement of your order where appropriate

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide you

Payment information (processed securely through our card processing
